We are committed to respecting your privacy and are aware that you the consumer are concerned as to what happens with personal information provided by you. We respect your privacy and treat all information as private and confidential and any information we do collect is kept in a secure location.  We will only use information supplied by you for the purpose of processing your order and the delivery of goods.  You may receive e-mails from our company with regard to your current open orders and occasional special offers, announcements etc. Your email address is used solely for this purpose. You may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to us.

We do not and will not sell or release information provided by you to any other third parties, except when in connection with your order(s) to our approved courier, or in exceptional cases of debt recovery unless required to do so by law.

All Credit and Debit card transactions are processed by our third party processor, PayPal,on their Secure Server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and we do not receive any of your card details.  Please note that we will never ask for your Credit/Debit Card information by email. To protect your security, we do not accept credit or debit card payments via fax or email. Credit card payments made by telephone may be processed by a third party and in this case we will give them sufficient detail to process the transaction on our behalf. We no not keep any records of your card details.

We do not sell or dislcose data to any third parties. Occasionally we supply data to our mailing house for bulk mailing of new catalogues. This data is treated as confidential and any files are destroyed once the mailing is complete.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items please contact us within 2 working days of receipt stating your concerns.

If your package shows signs of damage on delivery you must sign the delivery note as damaged as we are unable to make a claim on our courier if this is not done.

We will gladly replace damaged or defective merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with your item we do accept returns if it is sent back within 14 days, unused and in all original packaging. In this instance, original post & packaging charges and cost of return shipment are not refundable.
